Instruction for Camera Ready

Submitting Camera Ready Paper to the Research Track

Please find below some instructions about preparing and submitting your camera ready copy of the papers accepted in the research track.

  1. FINAL PAPER: Please submit the files belonging to your camera-ready paper using the Easy Chair system for ECSA 2010 https://www.easychair.org/account/signin.cgi?conf=ecsa2010

    The following files have to be provided:

    (a) A PDF version of your camera-ready paper.

    (b) Please upload as attachment a zipped file containing all your Microsoft Word or LaTeX sources including associated style files, special fonts and eps or bib files. Please use the LaTeX2e or Microsoft Word style files available from http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-7-72376-0

    Please note that if your paper has been accepted in a different category than the category in which you originally submitted, you paper's category has been updated according to the acceptance notification. Hence, you do not need to do anything.

    Please strictly follow the author instructions of Springer-Verlag available at http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-7-72376-0

    Please strictly follow the page limit as following categories and make sure that your paper does not have a running header or page numbering.

    • Full research papers and Experience papers (max. 16 pages).
    • Emerging research papers (max. 8 pages).
    • Research challenge papers (max. 4 pages).
    • Tool demos (4 pages).
  2. COPYRIGHT: Send the signed and completed copyright form to us (either as a scanned PDF per email to malibaba@itu.dk or by fax to +45 72185001). It is sufficient if one of the authors signs the copyright form.   3. REGISTER: At least one author has to register for the conference. One of the authors for each accepted paper MUST register by June 14, 2010 to enable us to include the paper in the conference proceedings as indicated in the acceptance notification email.
