Media and Communication - DMOK
A first-semester core masters-level course in English that is an introduction to communication and media research with specific emphasis on digital media from various perspectives: theoretical, practical, social and historical. The course deals with specific problems, challenges and benefits associated with IT based communication. Theoretically, the course focuses on basic communication theory, media theory, theories of computer-mediated communication, and historical and contemporary ideas about digital media and their specific communicative potential. Communication and media research methodology is also introduced.

Mobile Communication: Technical Issues and Methods for Study
A co-taught masters-level course in English that is focused on research methods and technical expertise in mobile communication. My portion of this courses focuses equally on quantitative and qualitative methodologies, providing students with applied tools for conducting quantitative survey research and qualitative studies that include observations and interviews. Students learn both the data collection techniques and methods of data analysis.

Applied Quantitative Research Methods
A co-taught PhD-level course in quantitative data analysis for social science research. This was a short introductory course that covered basic statistical methods, focusing on the specific issues that students brought to the course, coming directly from their own research endeavors.
