This is the collection of papers presented at the tenth Nordic workshop on Software Development Tools and Techniques, previously named Nordic workshop on Programming Environment Research. The workshop was held at the IT-University Copenhagen. The main purpose of the workshop is to present new ideas and results, but also to inform participants on ongoing activities and to serve as a forum for discussion. The program contains both full papers and short papers, not named so after the length of the paper but the allocated time for presentation. Besides the papers in the proceedings, there was a lab-report session, invited speaker, demonstrations, and short micro workshops.
I which to thank the program committee members for their effort in constructive feedback in their reviews, and especially I am happy that the department of Design and Use of IT at the IT University Copenhagen was able to sponsor the workshop, and IT-C for hosting the workshop in the premises at Glentevej. Also thanks to Anne Lotte Mørk and others here at IT-C who helped put all the practical matters together.
