Practical information

The workshop is hosted by the IT university, Glentevej 67, 2400 Copenhagen NV. Glentevej is in an area of Copenhagen named North West, or "Outer Nørrebro"

The workshop will also take place at the IT University, at the above mentioned address.

There are several buslines which stops close to the IT University, check out http://www.rejseplanen.dk/, which is an online busschedule, which also has an interface in English.
The online city map (http://www.krak.dk/scripts/kortvisningsside.asp?kk=1039572945&vnr=46100&hnr=67) should bring up a map which covers the near vicinity of the IT-University, and the zoom to the left can be used to get an understanding of where it is in the greater Copenhagen area.

Suggestions for accommodation:

A little cheaper are:

Close to the centre (and next to the opera, which at that time has just begun the season - see www.kgl-teater.dk), but rather expensive is:

At http://www.copenhagen-hotels.dk/, you will find extensive fact sheets about hotels in Copenhagen - including the above mentioned. Wonderful Copenhagen's booking service: http://www.woco.dk/show.asp?id=663

If your really want to economize, then the hostel is not a bad choice at all (4 km from centre). Most likely, you should make your booking soon, as it might be hard to get a room. You can walk to the IT-C (15-20 minutes) or take at bus (12 or 13) part of the way. For more info, see: http://www.aok.dk/E/V/CPHDK/0006/40/77/3.html or telephone +45 38 28 97 15.

It would probably be a good idea to book as soon as possible, as Copenhagen will be hosting several European meetings during second half of 2002 due to our role as acting EU chair.
