Newsgroups at ITU
Below is a list of the existing newsgroups at ITU. Some of the groups are situated at "top-level", which means that their name comes right after "it-c".
Other groups are organized in a "tree-structure", which is kind of like a file-structure.
Every course offered at ITU has for example a newsgroup under "it-c.courses".
The structure is as follows:
it-c.adm
Contains "administrative" groups such as it-c.adm.sysadm.
it-c.courses
Contains a newsgroup for every course offered at ITU at the current semester.
The courses are named by their code. The newsgroup 'it-c.courses.OOP' is for example used for contributions regarding the course 'Object Oriented Programming'.
it-c.research
Contains research-related groups.
