Introduktion til programmering - begreber og redskaber

The goal of this course is to provide solid understanding of the basic concepts of modern programming languages and to see how those concepts are realized in a modern object oriented programming language, Java.

The course is part of the course programme at the IT University of Copenhagen, and covers the necessary prerequesites for other advanced programming courses (like web programming or object oriented programming), and other technical courses.

  • (October 31) Room change: The lecture on Friday, November 14, will take plase in room 0.15.
  • (October 31) Office hour on Monday, November 3, is cancelled because I am out of house the whole day.

  • (August 21) The class in week 1 takes place in Frisørskolen, Glentevej 61, down the street.
  • (July 14) Classes start Friday, August 29th, the labs start Friday, September 5th.
