The copyright forms are available at http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/copyrigh.html.
If a link from the electronic version to supplement materiale is desired, you should do the following: A file denoted supplementmateriale.txt should be uploaded together with the files for papers. The file should contain a description in the form of a title, a few lines and a URL. A hardcopy of this file should be submitted together with the hardcopy of the paper.

If this does not work (after several attempts), put the files on your server and send the link to eccv02@maths.lth.se

The submitted papers must contain the following:
By submitting a paper to ECCV 2002, the author(s) warrant that it and any related paper with essentially the same content have not and will not be submitted to any other conference until the end of the ECCV 2002 review period at February 2 2002.
All reviewing will be double blind, so the paper must not include any information which allows the authors to be identified. For example, this will probably require that references to the author's previous work be left blank. This is not optional. Papers that provide obvious identifying information may be returned or have sections blanked out for reviewers.
In addition to the Springer author instructions, authors should ensure that the submitted paper meet the following criteria.
The paper must not exceed 15 pages in the LNCS format. The font sizes must conform with the LNCS instructions.
Papers should conform strictly to one of the following two encodings:
In case of dual submissions the author(s) have to send a written letter to the address below, clarifying to which workshop(s) the paper is submitted and certifying that it will be redrawn from this workshop(s) in case of acceptance at the main conference.
