I am not working at the IT University any more - this web page is not maintained.
I am Assistant Professor in the
Department of Theoretical Computer Science
at
the IT University of Copenhagen.
My research interests are algorithms, data structures and
computational biology.
My PhD thesis, which I defended in June 2001, considers algorithms for
constructing evolutionary trees and the title is Constructing
Evolutionary Trees - Algorithms and Complexity. I got my PhD
degree in Lund, at the
Computer Science Department, and my
supervisor was
Andrzej Lingas. After I finished
my PhD I spent one year as a postdoc at BRICS at Aarhus University.
