Welcome to my homepage. My name is Konstantin Kutzkov and I have recently graduated with a PhD in Computer Science. My thesis is entitled New Sampling and Sketching Techniques for Data Stream Mining. At ITU I was a part of the Algorithms group and I was very fortunate to have been supervised by Prof. Rasmus Pagh.

I am originally from Sofia, Bulgaria and I obtained my M.Sc. degree in Computer science and Mathematics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. A detailed CV and letters of reference can be provided upon request.

Most broadly, my research interests are in design and analysis of algorithms. During my doctoral studies I worked on randomized and deterministic algorithms for handling massive data as a part of the MaDaMS project. Before starting my PhD at ITU, I had also worked on exact algorithms for hard combinatorial problems.
